Both. Apply after cleansing (and toner if you use one), before your moisturiser and SPF in the morning, and after cleansing before your night cream in the evening. 2–3 drops is all you need per application.
How many drops do I need per application?
2 to 3 drops for the full face. Press gently into skin — don’t rub. The gel absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy residue, making it comfortable for both morning and evening use.
